Welcome to my website. Also Check out SKATERSCAFE.COM This area of my website is dedicated sharing information about skating in Northeast Mississippi. Myself and My Son ride Skateboards, My Daughter rollerblades. There are quite a few places in this area to skate however some communities have better facilities than others. Some of the parks we have been to can be seen by clicking one of the links on the left. If you got here searching for welding information and wonder why this is here, its because I am a welder and I still skateboard. I skated when I was a kid and when driving and other things came along I stopped skating but always loved it. My son and I both started together in 2003. The pictures at the bottom of the pages below are from when we 1st started . Many of these are from the Jaybird Park in Iuka. At that time, it was the ONLY place allowed by the city of Iuka . Most of the people I meet skating are much younger. If you ever meet me I can answer the question right now, NO I cannot ollie. I just skate. I have a blast doing the old school skating I did 20+ years ago. Its all good. Old school, new school , downhill, and just pushing around. Don't get hooked on the culture, JUST SKATE. They are building a park there so keep an eye out for some pics here.
